The Eicon Card S94 66MHz is an intelligent multi-protocol wide-area network (WAN) interface card for PCI based servers. The Eiconcard S94 66MHz is a member of Eicon Networks' S-Series family of WAN interface cards tartgeted for branch office LAN application servers. It offers two Very High Speed Interface (VHSI) ports supporting line speeds of up to 2Mbps (T1/E1). Its "smart cable interface" automatically detects the cable in use (V.24, V.35, X.21, V.36/RS-449, EIA-530). The Eiconcard S94 66MHz allows you to connect over a variety of WAN protocols such as X.25 or Frame Relay over leased lines. It offloads the server from low level protocol processing tasks, resulting in a saving of valuable server CPU resources. The Eiconcard S94 66MHz works in conjunction with Eicon Networks' connectivity software and is supported by Eicon Networks' development tools and third-party products. The Eiconcard S94 66MHz offers a comprehensive warranty of 3 years. |
