Gartner's 2H05 Magic Quadrant* for Extranet Access Management

Gartner's 2005 "Extranet Access Management" (EAM) Magic Quadrant positions RSA Security as splitting the axis between the Leader and Visionary quadrants. Gartner's definition of "extranet access management" applies to access control engines that are designed to provide centralized authentication and authorization capabilities for web applications. EAM products may also include identity administration, role/rule management, audit and federation capabilities, as well as integration points for non-Web applications, and may include some level of user provisioning.
